LEADERS IN TRAINING

This is our Leaders in Training mentorship program we have implemented for up-and-coming youth leaders who love Jesus and ministering to others in whatever way God has gifted them.

Our friend in Canada, Dr.Phillip T. Jeske is an amazing teacher, writer and mentor’s mentor who has developed so many manuals and programs to assist leaders in training up others in ministry. We use his systematic approach in mentoring and discipling others intentionally and it is the most effective way we have found that helpfully addresses every area of our lives and ministry to assist us in becoming all we can be for the kingdom of God.

We are so grateful to Dr. Jeske for all he has done to help us with growth and development of our ministry.

Mentoring Through Intentional Relationships

Mentoring is not a destination or final goal, but a process. It is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. This resource is designed to guide you in the mentoring process. The goal is for you to grow in your understanding and experience of God’s purposes for your life. It provides an opportunity for you to take practical, intentional steps to discover WHO God made you, WHAT gifts He has given you and then HOW you can best serve the Body of Christ in the 21st Century.

As the core leadership of SOLMK / ICY, we are so excited for the potential of our young leaders. We have already identified many who fall into the 5 fold ministry roles….

Eph 4:11-12 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

We help those called to preach with 29 one-hour teachings from ‘Christ-centered Preaching’ by Bryan Chapell. We have found this to be the most beneficial resource to help our budding preachers to be their best and become expository preachers.
