Use the unique gifts and talents that God has graciously bestowed upon you to honor Him while making a positive impact in Kenya. God has equipped each of us in specific ways, and He actively seeks willing servants who are ready to engage in meaningful missions. Our ministry consistently prays for new workers to join us in this vital work; there are numerous opportunities available to serve, but unfortunately, there are still few workers willing to step forward.

We have been proudly established in Kenya since 2010 and are currently thriving, growing, and diligently developing our YOUTH MINISTRY, which has expanded into many branches across the region. This presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals or couples with a genuine heart for young people and a deep-seated desire to contribute to Africa, who are eager to help our ministry flourish and reach its full potential.

Responsibilities

To minister effectively and harmoniously alongside our indigenous team of dedicated and awesome leaders. To collaborate and strategize together for greater development, sustainable growth, and advancement in the nation as a whole.

• ·Preach and teach the word of God to individuals and communities, sharing the profound messages of love, hope, and redemption found in scripture.

• Building godly and meaningful deep relationships with young people is essential for fostering a nurturing and supportive community. These connections not only encourage growth and development but also provide a solid foundation for mentorship and guidance. By investing time and effort into understanding and supporting the youth, we can help shape their lives in a positive way.

• Inspiring, encouraging, and empowering young people to pursue their dreams and aspirations is a vital mission that can create a lasting impact on communities. By fostering an environment that nurtures their talents and potential, we help them build the confidence and skills necessary to navigate the challenges they face in today's world.

• Discipling and mentoring are essential components of personal and spiritual growth in our communities. These practices involve guiding individuals on their journey of faith, helping them to understand and apply biblical teachings in their daily lives. Through the process of discipleship, we foster deeper relationships and provide support, encouragement, and accountability to one another. Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to share wisdom and life experiences, equipping others to face challenges with confidence and resilience. Together, these elements contribute to a strong foundation for nurturing faith and fostering a sense of purpose.

• Serving in whatever capacity is needed is an essential aspect of our mission work. Being adaptable and responsive to the various needs that arise ensures that we can effectively support our community and fulfill our commitments. Each role, no matter how small, contributes significantly to the overall success of our efforts and helps make a positive impact in the lives of those we aim to serve.

• Missions are conducted at various levels, including local, regional, and national contexts, ensuring that we address the diverse needs and challenges present in each community. Each level of mission work plays a crucial role in fostering connections and promoting positive change across different areas.

• Sports, games, and various youth activities play a significant role in the development and well-being of young individuals. These pursuits not only provide a platform for physical fitness and teamwork but also foster essential life skills such as leadership, discipline, and resilience. Engaging in such activities helps to build social connections and creates opportunities for personal growth among the youth.

• Events organizing involves the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of various types of gatherings, ranging from small meetings and workshops to large-scale conferences and social celebrations. This process requires a keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and solve potential challenges that may arise. From selecting the perfect venue and managing budgets to coordinating with vendors and ensuring a smooth flow of activities, successful events organizing plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for all participants involved.

·  CULTURAL ADAPTABILITY

1Co 9:19-23  For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings. 
Be culturally sensitive when engaging with others. It is the responsibility of the missionary to adapt, much like the Apostle Paul did, to the unique cultural context of those they are reaching out to, rather than imposing their own culture upon them. Take the time to discover all the beautiful and positive aspects of someone else’s culture, and fully embrace and celebrate those elements. Allow the Holy Spirit to bring about the necessary changes and transformations through genuine conviction, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
